Hi! Welcome to my companies website. In 1993 I began importing automotive batteries into Australia from China. Initially business was great. Our product quality was good, and so was our claim rate. In late 1994, problems eminated. Our suppliers quality control deteriorated, as such we had a 12% claim rate. We tried to rectify our problem but done so with no success. We eventually found a new supplier in Indonesia, who was very keen to set up distribution in Australia. | |||||||||||||||||||||||
